About Company

Incorporated in December 2014, Ondoor Concepts is an e-commerce website catering to the needs of grocery and home essentials. In Jan 2015, the company opened its first store in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As of 31st March 2023, the company has established 55 stores across various cities in Madhya Pradesh out of which 17 stores are owned and operated by the company. The rest of the 38 stores are operated through the franchisee model.

The company deals in the following product categories:

  • Food category includes groceries, fruits & vegetables, beverages dairy products and confectionery
  • Next comes FMCG i.e fast moving consumer goods involving personal care and toiletries and other over-the-counter products.
  • Lastly, general merchandise includes crockery, plastic items, daily necessities etc.

The competitive strength of the company includes:-

  1. E-tailing business including Android and IOS Application, web portal and telephonic orders backed up by backhand logistics to deliver the order at the customer's doorstep.
  2. Ondoor follows the policy of "Everyday Low Price" to give a convenient shopping experience to its target customer base.
  3. Reasonable pricing across all product categories and all product ranges rather than on particular day of the week.
