Incorporated in 2008, Enser Communications Limited offers Business Process Management (BPM) services to companies in the insurance, e-commerce, education and travel sectors.
Enser has 4 main business verticals:
- Customer Acquisition Services
- Customer services
- IT infrastructure management services
- Data management services
Under these verticals, the company provides business analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), interactive voice response systems (IVRS), customer interaction management solutions, technology-enabled infrastructure development, technology-enabled solutions - payment reminder/collection/subscription collection, process re-engineering, transaction monitoring systems, ERP implementation and maintenance, application development - customer relationship management, web chat services, application/transaction processing, debt collection, sales & lead generation, customer support, business process outsourcing (BPO) / business process management (BPM), knowledge process consulting, contact center, and customer acquisition services.
The company's clients include Acko General Insurance Limited, Ola Financials Services Pvt Ltd, Metis Eduventures Pvt Ltd, National Health Authority (Government), Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Ltd, Class 21A Technologies Pvt Ltd, Acko Technology & Services Pvt ltd, Girnar Finserv Pvt ltd, Gaadi web Private Limited, and G C web ventures Pvt Ltd.
As of December 31, 2023, the company had a total of 780 full-time employees.
